Refund policy
Return Policy:
- Soku Cosmetics accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of manufacturing defects/ quality issues
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers need to provide proof of purchase or order details for the return to be processed.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service at care@sokucosmetics.com or digital@sokucosmetics.in, or call us at 9154200972 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- After receiving the RA number, customers can send the product to Skandhanshi Wellness Pvt Ltd, Plot No 14 & 15, Jayabheri Enclave, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana-500032.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return process.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
- Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Additional Notes:
- Soku Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- Products damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon receipt may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection.
